These crossbred animals are chosen for superior beef performance and climate adaptability. Combined with our proven finishing protocols using steam flaked corn and alkaline water systems, they produce beef with exceptional marbling and flavor.

Are your cattle given antibiotics or hormones?

While we strive for our products to be hormone and antibiotic-free, we maintain complete transparency about our practices. Cattle may receive antibiotics during their lifetime for health reasons, but we follow rigorous withdrawal protocols to ensure our beef is antibiotic-free at harvest. All our beef is USDA inspected and tested to ensure no residues remain. We believe in honesty about our practices rather than making claims we can't guarantee.

How is the beef packaged and delivered?

All beef is professionally cut, vacuum-sealed, and frozen for optimal freshness. We use insulated packaging with dry ice for shipping, ensuring your beef arrives in perfect condition. Individual packages are clearly labeled with cut type and lot number for easy identification.
